Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 4-9 business days
Cost: Flat rate of $10.00 or free for orders over $100
Heavy Orders: Orders over 3kg may need to be evaluated based on weight.
Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
Cost: Flat rate of $15.00 for orders under 3kg
Heavy Orders: Orders over 3kg may need to be evaluated based on weight.

From time to time, Unchained Energy reserve the right to offer free shipping on certain products which will be outlined in advertising and automatically offered on purchase of that product.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

- We currently ship only within Australia.
Delivery Issues
