Directions of Use

• Shake: Mix 1 scoop in 200-250ml chilled water, milk or mylk. Mix well and take up to 3 times daily depending on your dietary requirements.
• Smoothie: Mix 1-2 scoops in a blender with your favourite fruit and ingredients and ice, an blend until desired consistency reached.
• Snack: Add 1 scoop to your favourite yoghurt or oatmeal for a protein-filled snack
